During our travels through the Midwest, we visited a couple of our Turfhead Grilling winners to provide their crews with a cookout. After visiting Brian Bonlender, we crossed through Northern Indian to make a stop at Eclona Country Club and Superintendent Ryan Cummings.
We spent some time with Ryan learning about his two decades in the industry and 9 years at Elcona Country Club. We cooked some Philly cheesesteaks from Ryan's crew (no whiz, but American cheese). Ryan also shared his thoughts on how to get started on grilling and smoking including his favorite meal, smoked brisket.
